moving
We’re about to move flat again - for the 9th time in the past 10 1/2 years in my case. Not that it’s going to be a biggie this time, as we’re staying at the same address, just moving one floor down and across. Why bother? Well, it’s better for the cat (closer to the backyard), the kitchen is in shape (yeah, finally an oven that works!) and the toilet can be flushed with a button (vs. the current faucet solution - I don’t want to know how much water we waste every day flushing).
But gosh, I so wish the packing was over already! The idea was to take this as a chance to sift through things and maybe get rid of one or two (we moved here exactly 3 years ago), but the way things look, it’ll be the last minute “dump-it-all-in-a-box-and-run”-solution. So anyone who loves carrying stuff is welcome to join us on the first weekend of May!
